Join us as we shake off whatever THAT was and step into a new mindset! Connect and Reconnect with fabulous ladies while we Refresh and Reset for 2022. There will be mindful meditation, guided movements and meaningful motivation.  Dress in comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have it (not required).

Cost includes wine, beer and light snacks.
